Refund policy
We want our customers to have a smooth and stress-free shopping experience. If there are problems with your order, we want to make it right! Any products that are received defective (broken or unusable) may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Just send us an email at info@deepseafinds.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a picture showing the damage/defect, and we will respond within 24 hours.
Please note: We cannot process refunds for items that are not in their original packaging and/or have obvious signs of use.
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Exchanges and Cancellations
At this time, we are unable to accept exchanges or cancellations.
Holiday Return Policy
All purchases of sale items between November 15th and December 31st will fall into our Holiday Return Policy. You will have until January 15th to request a return.
