Shipping policy
Order Processing and Delivery Times
All orders are processed within seven business days. Shipping may take between two and 10 business days. Product-specific processing and shipping information can be found on individual product listings. Please note that some mail carriers are experiencing delays due to COVID-19.
After the order is shipped and received by the carrier, we will update you with a tracking number so that you can track your package. Please allow up to 12 hours for the tracking information to update.
Please be aware that delivery times can become longer if your order is placed during busier periods such as near Christmas or Thanksgiving.
Packages returned to the Deep Sea Finds® warehouse due to incorrect shipping information will be refunded.
Deep Sea Finds® is not responsible for any items/packages lost during transit or if it has been tracked and delivered.
Shipping Address Changes
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email at info@deepseafinds.com and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can no longer alter the shipping address.
Domestic and International Shipping Options
We are not currently able to offer shipping outside the US.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is available for all orders within the U.S. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.
